Masters Fitness Kayaking

This program is for adults with previous paddling experience who are interested in a paddling fitness program. Participants should have previous paddling experience. Light Marathon Masters Sprint boats are used, so paddlers must be able to balance these boats to participate. All equipment is provided.

Spring Beginner Kayak for Adults

This program is for adults with little to no previous paddling experience who want to get started with paddling or get a little exercise in. All equipment provided.

Ages: 19 Years and Up

Days: Tuesdays, May 5 - 26, 2020

Drop In Kayaking

Our popular drop-in paddling sessions take place July and August. Drop-in sessions give participants an opportunity to try kayaking at a recreational level and get an introduction to our club. Participants are welcome to come to as many sessions as they desire! All equipment provided.

Spring Paddle-All Program

Every boat, everybody! 

PaddleALL is a Canoe Kayak Canada program aimed at promoting participation in the sport of sprint Canoe Kayak for individuals with disabilities.

At Fort Canoe Kayak Club, recreational kayaks are used to introduce paddlers with intellectual disabilities to the sport of CanoeKayak. The program includes a safety orientation, technical instruction, and instruction by experienced coaches. Each paddler will have an experienced paddling partner for 1:1 support. Although all abilities are welcome, paddlers must be comfortable on the water.
