We are thrilled to officially welcome you to the spring season at FCKC! We have an exciting lineup of events planned for both athletes and families, and we can't wait to kick things off together. Attached below is all of the information for each individual event and sign up sheets for the fundraisers.
Upcoming Regattas:

Season Opener - May 3rd & 4th
Location: Whonnock Lake, Maple Ridge
This event welcomes athletes of all ages and skill levels, making it the perfect start to the season. Registration info will be sent out closer to the event. -
Canada Summer Games Trials - May 24th & 25th
Location: Burnaby Lake
This event is targeted at athletes aiming for a spot at the 2025 Canada Games, providing an opportunity to compete at a higher level. Even if you're not competing, come cheer your teammates on! Registration info will be sent out closer to the event.

St. Marks Summit Hike - May 10th
Instead of Saturday practice, join us for a group hike up St. Marks Summit. Parents are welcome to join in on the fun! -
Widgeon Creek Paddle & Hike - June 14th
Instead of Saturday Practice we'll be paddling Widgeon Creek, followed by a scenic hike. It’s a great way to enjoy the outdoors and bond as a club.
Nationals 2025:
Last year, FCKC had our most successful nationals yet, and this year, we’re aiming even higher! Nationals will be held in Regina this August, which is much closer to BC, making it more affordable and easier for us to send more athletes. We’re excited for what’s to come and can’t wait to cheer on our athletes at this prestigious event. The Nationals interest form is to gauge how much interest we have in this event so we can plan accordingly.
